Carol Balfour, elementary special education, lead teacher
Mrs. Balfour has been teaching for over 20 years. She received her bachelor's of arts in education at Univeristy of Michigan with an elementary certificate (K-8) and an early childhood endorsement. She completed two master's degrees at University of Michigan, a master of arts in education and a master of education in special education. Her endorsement is in learning disabilities. Mrs. Balfour is one of two collaborative teachers. She is also a member of the leadership team.
