Margaret Thigpen has been the office assistant and office manager at George Crockett Academy for the last 13 years. Prior to George Crockett Academy, she was the head secretary for St. Leo’s Catholic School for 13 years. She has been a very dedicated and productive employee. Mrs. Thigpen is involved in many community based activities such as Thanksgiving baskets, Christmas packages for needy families and outreach for students.

Mrs. Thigpen’s children were educated at St. Leo’s Catholic School and George Crockett Academy. Her children have also furthered their education at institutions of higher learning. Mrs. Thigpen is in the process of completing her bachelor's degree.
