Ms. Jackson is a fourth grade homeroom teacher at George Crockett. She teaches math, science and social studies. She graduated from Wayne State University with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Education. She is certified to teach k-5 all subjects and k-8 self contained. This is her second year teaching and she is very excited and honored to be entrusted to be a role model, motivator and educator for the students of George Crockett. Her mission is to create and continually increase a love for learning within her students that causes them to strive for excellence in education and in every other area of their life. She is committed to creating and maintaining an educational atmosphere which encourages and challenges students to excel in academics and in character. Among other things, Ms. Jackson enjoys spending time with her 9-year old son Calvin and ballroom dancing.
