This is Janell L. Kirkland second school year at George Crockett Academy teaching Kindergarten. She has taught for other charter schools and two districts over a span of ten years. She completed her teacher certification from Wayne State University and is currently pursuing an Ed. Specialist degree in Autism Spectrum Disorder. Ms. Kirkland has a passion for early childhood and believes an early start for children to attend school is the best start! In Ms. Kirkland’s spare time she loves to spend time with her family watching movies, reading, and tutoring.
