Carol Balfour • special education
Mrs. Balfour has been teaching for over 20 years. She received her Bachelor's of Arts in Education at U of M with an elementary certificate (K-8) and an early childhood endorsement. She completed two Master's Degrees at U of M: a Master of Arts in Education and a Master of Education in Special Education. Her endorsement is in learning disabilities. Mrs. Balfour is one of two collaborative teachers. She is also a member of the leadership team.
