Laurie Busemann • grade 4

Laurie Busemann is starting her 11th year of teaching at George Crockett Academy. She started her teaching career at St. Christopher and remained there for four years.  Ms. Busemann graduated from Wayne State University and received her Bachelor of Arts degree in elementary education.  Her major is English Language Arts and her minor is social studies.  Since Ms. Busemann is fluent in the German language, one of her long term goals is to become certified to teach it on a high school level.  During her free time she loves to read, knit, and bowl.
